Overview
Nino Development is seeking a driven and client-focused Commercial Roofing Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a background in commercial roofing who thrives on building strong relationships, managing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of the company—working directly with building owners, property managers, general contractors, and other key decision-makers to provide customized roofing solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing commercial clients
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to understand client needs
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and project scopes
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely, professional manner
- Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
- Stay current on industry trends, roofing systems, and product knowledge
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
Qualifications:
- Sales experience in commercial roofing or a related construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed
