Nino Development is looking for an experienced and solutions-oriented Commercial Roofing Service Manager in Augusta, GA. This role is perfect for a roofing professional who combines technical expertise with leadership skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
The Service Manager oversees service crews, manages repair and maintenance projects, ensures quality workmanship, and serves as the main point of contact for service-related client needs. You’ll play a critical role in delivering quick-turn, high-quality solutions to help extend the life of commercial roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial roofing service department
- Schedule, dispatch, and supervise service crews for repairs, inspections, and maintenance
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and ensure timely project completion
- Conduct site visits to assess scope, provide estimates, and resolve complex roofing issues
- Coordinate with materials suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and delivery
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company protocols
- Track and report on service performance, job costing, and profitability
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial roofing
- Deep understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, or service dispatch platforms
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
