Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to drive service-side revenue growth for our commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales, with a focus on managing client relationships and delivering tailored roofing service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and drive sales growth within the commercial roofing service sector.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to provide tailored roofing service solutions.
- Develop and present proposals to clients, showcasing our commercial roofing services and solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, roofing technologies, and competitor activity to provide the best possible solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of commercial roofing sales experience.
- Proven track record in driving service-side revenue growth for commercial roofing projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
