Paramount Commercial Roofing is based in Wilmington Ohio and services southern Ohio with commercial roofing service, preventative maintenance, restorative coatings, and replacements. We pride ourselves on our communication and expertise in solving our customers problems better, faster and easier.

We don't want this ad to be like everyone else's.

Just like we don't want our sales team to get lost in a crowd of other sales reps.

We are looking for an individual who wants to stand out and help our current and future commercial (B2B) customer run their businesses better. After all, the roof is commonly one of the building's most expensive assets. Here are all the other details if you made it this far.

• Research and identify potential clients: Research businesses or organizations in your target market that could benefit from roof repair services, such as commercial properties, industrial buildings, and institutions.
• Networking and referrals: Leverage your professional network (LinkedIn) and ask for referrals from satisfied clients and business partners. Word-of-mouth recommendations are influential in the commercial B2B industry.
• Attend industry events and trade shows: Participate in relevant industry events and trade shows to meet prospects and build relationships within the industry.
• Cold calling and email outreach: Reach out to prospective clients via phone or email, introducing your services and highlighting your unique value proposition.
• Provide free consultations or estimates: Offer complimentary consultations and estimates to demonstrate your desire to understand prospects’ needs and provide customized solutions.
• Follow up regularly: Stay in touch with prospects even if they don't immediately have roof issues. This demonstrates your dedication and keeps you top-of-mind when they find themselves in need of roofing solutions.
• Showcase past projects: Share case studies or examples of successful roofing projects in your arsenal to instill confidence in your capabilities.
• Address concerns and objections: Be prepared to address prospects' concerns or objections. Offer solutions and demonstrate how your services can overcome their challenges.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Your ability to analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service will contribute to the success of our sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
