Nino Development is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our growing team in South Houston. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 years in the commercial roofing industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships within the field.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
- Manage and supervise roofing crews to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timelines and project specifications are followed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project and provide solutions.
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods.
- Proven ability to lead and manage roofing crews effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Well-established relationships within the commercial roofing industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong focus on safety and quality control.
