Nino Development is a premier construction and project management firm committed to delivering high-quality services in the commercial and residential sectors. We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team in Oklahoma.
Job Overview:
The Cost Manager will provide comprehensive professional support to project management staff and field supervisors. This position is responsible for reviewing project cost controls, cost projection reconciliation, and establishing profit strategies and execution for project teams. The Cost Manager will also develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all cost control processes, which are crucial to the company’s objectives, operations, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project-specific cost management and profit strategies by gaining a detailed understanding of project contracts and client relationships.
- Oversee the corporate cost control process for project teams, including:
- Change management
- Job cost procedures
- Job billing reconciliation
- Review project changes that affect the critical path schedule and collaborate with project teams to ensure schedule extensions are documented and approved.
- Oversee the project-level change management process, including estimating, subcontractor pricing, scope review, and pricing strategy.
- Manage change management approvals and internal processing timelines.
- Provide analytical support for job cost backup and project audits.
- Conduct monthly reviews of project cost reporting and percent-complete projections to ensure the accuracy of TCI financials.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure follow-ups, communications, and execution of cost control items on a project-specific basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of individuals.

- Proactive and independent with the ability to collaborate within a team environment and maintain a client service focus.
Credentials & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a financial/cost-related position.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Blue Beam or equivalent software.
- Experience with Procore and Sage is highly preferred.
