Nino Development, a leading electrical contracting company in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company dedicated to providing high-quality electrical services to both commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical installations for both commercial and residential projects.
- Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project progress and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry standards.
- Assist in the management of materials, tools, and equipment required for electrical installations.
- Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on commercial and/or residential projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A degree or certification in electrical engineering or related field is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
