Nino Development is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager (Industrial and Commercial) to join our growing team in Alpharetta, GA. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the execution of electrical systems for a wide range of commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and experience managing projects from start to finish.
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Review and approve electrical plans, designs, and project specifications.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team, including electricians and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the industrial and commercial construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, plans, and specifications.
- Experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- OSHA or other safety certifications are a plus.
