Electrical Service Manager (Commercial)

Nino Development is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead and manage the electrical service department based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Position Overview:
The Electrical Service Manager (Commercial) will oversee and manage all aspects of electrical service operations for commercial clients, ensuring high-quality and timely electrical services. This role involves managing a team of electricians, coordinating with clients, ensuring safety standards are met, and contributing to business growth through efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the electrical service department for commercial projects, ensuring all services are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Coordinate with clients to assess service needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review and approve work orders, schedules, and job estimates, ensuring they align with client expectations and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of service work within larger projects.
• Prepare and review reports on service operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure that all service issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in commercial electrical services and operations management.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and managing service operations.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.
• Electrical certifications (Journeyman or Master Electrician) are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Electrical apprenticeship or trade school education is preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
