Nino Development has partnered with a highly regarded General Contractor in the greater Charlotte, NC area on their search for a Fine Grade Foreman who has experience in commercial/residential site development.
Title: Fine Grade Foreman (Commercial/Residential Sitework and Roadway)
Project Types: Commercial/Residential Sitework and Roadway
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all fine grade on commercial/residential projects assigned
- Supervise and coordinate construction workers
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or Prolog
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction techniques
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
