Nino Development has partnered with a highly regarded General Contractor in Las Vegas, Nevada on their search for a Project Manager who has experience working on high-end tenant improvement restaurant and entertainment construction projects.
Job Title: Project Manager
Project Types: TI/Tenant Improvement - Restaurant, Entertainment, Hospitality, Retail, Casino
PRIMARY DUTIES include but are not limited to:
- The Project Manager, under limited supervision, manages and administers the construction and on-time delivery of commercial projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects concurrently from start to finish, including estimating and preconstruction
- Coordinate with the Superintendent and subcontractors to develop the project schedule
- Review plans and specifications to create scopes of work for all
- Review & process all submittals adhered to Project Design Documents
- Manage the Owner and Architect including ongoing meetings and creating of minutes
- Manage design coordination and project issues between Design Consultants & Subcontractors/Vendors
- Track all permits to insure ensure project schedule is not impacted
- Manage project close out, warranties, lien releases, punch list items, extra products and key items
- Manage & process all project financing documentations including contracts, change order process, projections/margin report, account payables, and project requisitions and more.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years experience preferred; ok with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience with Exterior and Interior Finishes
- Must have experience managing Tenant Improvement Restaurant/Entertainment/Retail/Hospitality/Casino/Retail projects
- Proficient in Procore software
