Nevada Behavioral Health Systems / NovumHealth is an established multi-state Behavioral Health company. We are in Nevada, Arizona, California, and Utah. Due to our growth, we need to hire an experienced and dedicated Project Manager/Executive Assistant for our Executive Vice President (EVP).
Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager/Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to our EVP. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a broad range of administrative and executive support responsibilities.
This role requires a person with strong follow-through skills, critical thinking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The candidate should be able to attend high-level meetings, take notes, and participate as needed.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.
- Manage the EVP’s time and calendar - realize this is just one piece of what you do.
- And many other duties and responsibilities as assigned - this will be the majority of what you do.

Education and Experience
Healthcare experience is a must - prefer a minimum of two years.
Project Management and Executive Assistant or similar position in a faced paced environment.
HCA or Business degree is helpful, but not required.
