Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with existing clients within the Ohio area. You will have the opportunity to learn lead gen and sales processes from some of the best!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand customer base within the OH area.
- Identify and target potential clients, focusing on both residential and commercial markets.
- Present and demonstrate security solutions to prospective clients, including home security, fire alarms, and integrated security systems.
- Provide clients with detailed product information, quotations, and proposals.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sale.
- Collaborate with installation and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project implementation.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in security technology to provide customers with the latest solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend meetings, training, and conferences as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Previous experience in the security or technology industry is a plus, but not required.
