Job Description: Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants has an immediate opening for a Concrete/Soils/Aggregate Laboratory Technician in Salt Lake City, Utah. Experience in laboratory testing for soils, concrete, aggregate and/or asphalt, along with certification in ACI Strength is desired. The successful candidate will have knowledge regarding the standard laboratory test methods including proctors, sieves, Atterberg Limits, Compression, Sampling, and splitting of samples.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have ATTI/ASTM/AASHTO and a current ACI certification.
Required Skills: Candidate should have excellent mathematical, computer, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Must have a current valid driver's license and the ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly as part of the daily duties.
