About the Position
Were looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a passion for Learning & Development (L&D) and creating outstanding employee experiences. This role integrates with our People team to deliver impactful HR strategies that align with business goals. Youll lead programs that foster engagement, develop talent, and drive connection while also executing key HR functions. This is a fully remote role reporting directly to the VP, People.
What Youll Do
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team, responsibilities include:
Supports the development of HR strategies and programs, while providing strong influence, to ensure implementation plans are aligned to business objectives.
Proactively uses metrics, KPIs, and reports to assess and monitor organizational effectiveness as an input to building and implementing plans.
Able to anticipate needs and solve-problems by utilizing key organizational levers: performance management, compensation, staffing & selection, rewards & recognition, employee development & learning, talent management, talent reviews, and employee relations
Leads employee engagement efforts, including employee engagement and employee involvement; analyzes employee engagement survey results, and develops/drives accountability to action plans.
Manages end-to-end employee experience, including customizing an onboarding experience, working with leadership to implement individual development plans, recognition programs, and championing change efforts.
Design, implement, and manage L&D initiatives that address organizational needs and build employee capabilities.
Guides client groups through Talent Reviews, including calibration sessions, succession planning, needs analysis, and development plans.
Monitors department turnover trends, seeking opportunities and strategies to improve retention efforts.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase connectivity and belonging, and increase productivity and retention.
Performs HRIS/Admin duties for assigned client groups
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.
What Were Looking For
At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Learning and Development and Employee Engagement.
Bachelors degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
HR Certification, such as the PHR or SHRM-CP, preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, and L&D.
Strong ability to build and execute L&D programs that drive measurable results.
Exceptional interpersonal and business partnering skills, with a track record of engaging diverse teams.
Analytical mindset with a proven ability to leverage data for decision-making.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability in all tasks.
