We are in search of a committed individual to fill the role of Licensed Practical Nurse on the Second or Third Shift in Williamsport, PA, US. The perfect candidate will possess self-motivation, empathy, and dependability with a dedication to caring for our residents. Various shifts are open for consideration.
Compensation : 28 - $35 hourly DOE
Responsibilities :
- Assist our residents and administer medications
- Understand and follow company guidelines and policies to ensure optimal care for our residents
- Exercise sound judgment and collaborate with the Director of Nursing regarding resident care and needs
- Assist co-workers in understanding how to monitor residents' needs being responsive and demonstrating a sense of urgency when needed
- Communicate in a compassionate manner with our residents and family members who visit
- May provide light housekeeping assistance
- Help residents get to / from meals and to / from activities
