Seeking a Dietary / Nutritional Aide to become a valued part of our team in Williamsport, PA, US. Tasked with executing food service responsibilities like setting plates and delivering meals to residents, guests, and staff based on established guidelines and protocols. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supporting with different dietary tasks as needed. Multiple shifts open, which may include weekends.

Compensation : 11 - $13 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Customer service focused
• Delivers food to the dining room and or individual rooms of residents
• Takes and records food orders and gives them to the cook and or other designated person
• Cleans and washes dishes
• Maintain a clean kitchen area at all times
• Cleans dining room after meals, including tables, chairs, and mops floors
• Picks up meals or trays from resident rooms and or clear tables following a meal in the dining room
• Interact with and communicate with residents, guests, family, and staff courteously and respectfully at all times
• Adhere to OSHA standards and guidelines. Maintain an effective and safe work environment and work habits. Report in a timely manner any unsafe conditions or habits to HR
• Maintain good attendance, arrive on time ready, and prepared to perform job functions daily
• Resident-focused, customer service skills with listening skills
• Ability to be empathetic and caring toward residents
