Responsibilities
- Processing Fixed Assets Applications & Send out Approval notice.
- Processing FA Payments & Preparing FA Reports for monthly closing.
- Data entry in Sage FA System for monthly closing.
- Monthly closing (Make Journal entries to SAP, check the balances, etc.)
- Updating FA Control sheet and send out monthly outstanding list.
- Collecting Mid-year Reports and Annual Reports.
- Other finance accounting related works.
- Other general accounting works.
- Ordering Office Supplies for the department.
Ensuring that all accounting processes align with current financial legislation.
Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
- Salary $15.61-$21.47 hourly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Must pass our internal basic accounting test.
Organization Relationships: Reports to Assistant Accounting Manager.
Work Environment:
