About the Role
The Field Technical Service Representative will play a key role in providing technical support to our customers in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate all reports, data, presentations, and documentation on projects and issues pertinent to the account as necessary in an effective and timely manner
- Contribute to developing customer application line correlations and assist Lansing group in formula optimization
- Perform QC tests on NBCi materials on-site regularly or as required by the customer
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve their production processes.
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree or Minimum of 2 years of customer-based technical experience in automotive paints
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
