About the Role :
As a Support Staff Member , you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations, providing outstanding customer service, and guiding patients or customers to the best cannabis products for their needs. You'll be responsible for keeping the store compliant, organized, and running efficiently while making a positive impact on our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring they are placed in the correct queue.
- Educate customers on different strains, medicinal uses, and consumption methods.
- Operate the call center and answer customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Assist in sales transactions while ensuring compliance with MD regulations and company policies.
- Handle cash transactions securely and accurately.
- Use the Dutchie POS system to verify discounts and transactions.
- Support team members by performing delegated tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and assisting with front-of-house operations.
- Stay up to date on company policies, industry trends, and local cannabis regulations.
- Follow all opening and closing procedures efficiently.
