Budtender

We are seeking a high-performing, professional Budtender with a passion for the cannabis industry, deep product knowledge, and a strong sales track record. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to educate and guide customers through their purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and educational experience for all customers.
• Utilize extensive cannabis and product knowledge to make informed recommendations based on customer needs.
• Drive high sales performance, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance with all state regulations and company policies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes.
• Assist with daily dispensary operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• 2 years of experience as a Budtender, cannabis retail associate, or in a high-volume sales role.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and ability to upsell products effectively.
• Deep industry knowledge and understanding of cannabis strains, terpenes, cannabinoids, and consumption methods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper compliance records.
• Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 and able to pass all required background checks.

• Analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures
• Proven expertise and experience to accurately manage a register
• Knowledge of the state’s cannabis regulations and top performing product lines.
