Key Responsibilities:
- Verify, process, and manage accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Communicate with staff and vendors to ensure timely payments
- Generate reports and analyze financial data to support business operations
- Maintain accurate financial records and comply with all accounting regulations
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
- Collaborate with other departments when needed
