- Lead project management and oversee project development and planning.
- Drive business development efforts and manage client relationships.
- Ensure financial performance and accountability across projects.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with clients, management, and team members.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with in-house mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering teams to ensure project success.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide staff members.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, along with comfort using engineering design software.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in civil or structural engineering is required.
- A current PE License in VT or NH is preferred; candidates should be prepared to obtain it within 6-12 months if not already licensed.
