Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management, project development, and planning initiatives.
- Engage in business development and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure financial performance and accountability for assigned projects.
- Demonstrate proactive communication skills with clients, management, and team members.
- Supervise and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of mentorship and growth.
- Collaborate effectively with in-house teams including mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering staff.
- Strong project management and client relationship management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to mentor and supervise engineering staff.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in civil or structural engineering.
- Possession of a current PE License in VT or NH, or the ability to obtain one within 6-12 months is preferred.
