Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management and development initiatives, overseeing project planning and execution.
- Engage in business development and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
- Maintain accountability for the financial performance of projects while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide junior staff to enhance their professional growth.
- Collaborate with D&K's internal teams, including mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering professionals.
- Exceptional project management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong comfort level using engineering design software.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- A current PE License in Vermont or New Hampshire is preferred, or the ability to obtain one within 6-12 months.
