Summary
NISC is seeking a talented executive assistant that is motivated, collaborative and detail-oriented. The Executive Support Assistant will be a member of the NISC legal team, providing executive support and administrative assistance to them and other NISC executives as needed, overseeing the organization of NISC’s legal files, and assisting with the preparation and execution of standard documents and filings. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented with superior multitasking and organizational skills and will thrive in a team environment, be committed to accomplishing a common goal and isn’t afraid to learn new things and have some fun along the way. While preferred, no legal experience is required for this position.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid (after an initial training period) from our Mandan, ND office
- Hybrid Schedule : Minimum of 3 days per week in the office and ability to work up to 5 days a week in the office as needed
- Monday-Friday hours between 7 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm
