Assist and perform in coordinating basic software implementation project plansPresent and share software application usage information and best practices with Member / Customers as it relates to assigned project planAssist in validating and verifying the accuracy of converted dataAssist and provide application support throughout the project lifecycleAssist with basic level conversion analysisPrepare Change Requests (CRs) and follow up through resolutionPerform after hours call support as assignedCommitment to NISC’s Statement of Shared ValuesOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred :
