Responsibilities
- Contact clients and gather the need for insurance and the info required to quote and setup an appointment for a licensed agent to consult on options
- The role will have set growth goals to keep you on track for personal goals
- Agency will provide leads to help generate appointments though individual prospecting is encouraged
- Immersed into the Farmer's culture and the insurance industry
- Work closely with the team to improve the customer experience
- Commit and work through the training when provided both in person and virtual
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required
- Successfully pass a Background Check
- Ability to build rapport with clients. Training will be provided to help grow skills
- Strong negotiation skills recommended
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
