POSITION OBJECTIVE: To provide leadership and exceptional communication to Club Red Ambassadors in support of delivering tremendous guest service, accurate transactions, and the selling of Club Red membership benefits.

JOB SUMMARY:
Trains, monitors performance, provides corrective guidance and leadership to the Ambassador team of the Nisqually Red Wind Casino Players Club. The Lead Ambassador interacts with players for all escalated issues regarding program benefits and promotions, and utilizes the player tracking system for reporting, and ensures proper completion of all promotional drawing related activities and transactions. Performs all duties of an Ambassador as needed, as well as additional support of other marketing tasks as assigned. Complies with casino policies and procedures, internal controls and Tribal Gaming regulations pertaining to Club operations.
Requirements
Required skills and knowledge:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year as an Ambassador or combination of training and related gaming experience with a minimum of six months as an Ambassador.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills.

- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent guest service skills.

Preferred skills and knowledge:
- 1 year of related experience in front line customer contact position.
- Experience in marketing, promotions, casino events or similar positions.
- Previous sales experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork.
- Ability to stoop, reach, squat, push, pull and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Reviews and maintains expert knowledge of all monthly promotions, players club benefits, and Red Wind Casino offerings.
- Ensure accurate completion of all drawings and promotional activities, including drawing processes, execution, reporting, required paperwork and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all Players Club policies, procedures and controls.
- Assist Club Red Supervisor in the daily operations of all Club Red activities and daily tasks.
- Assists with marketing administrative duties and reporting as assigned.
- Provides training and onboarding of all new Club Red personnel.
- Assist guests with any guest service issues and direct them to the appropriate places.
- Provides in-service training for Ambassadors, retraining for deficient performance.
- Monitors performance and reports back to supervisor.
- Assist in obtaining jackpot photos of guests for advertising purposes.
- Increase carded play among guests by finding opportunities to sell/upsell Club Red benefits and educate guests on the advantages of carded play.
- Provides excellent customer service, in a busy, fast-paced casino environment.
- Performs all duties of Ambassador as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
