POSITION OBJECTIVE: Maintains frontline operations and administrative duties of Club Red. Provides leadership and development to all Club Red Team Members to ensure a high level of guest service and adherence to all implemented policies and procedures. Promotes the benefits of Club Red by assisting and educating guests on all benefits.

JOB SUMMARY:
Performs supervisory and administrative functions in accordance with policies and procedures in Club Red. Provide supervision and direction to all Team Members during assigned shifts, including handling disciplinary actions and performance reviews. Assist in initiating and implementing department policies and procedures as directed by management. Reviews required daily paperwork and reporting logs for accuracy, and initiates actions based on questioned findings or discrepancy reports.
Requirements
Required skills and knowledge:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of casino supervisory experience, preferably in a Players Club setting.
- Ability to delegate, train and motivate Team Members.
- Experience executing gaming promotions and drawings.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast passed, professional environment.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Demonstrate Guest Service Excellence.
- Ability to identify challenges (service hurdles) and provide sound solutions.
- Intermediate-level computer/technical skills & data entry.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent decision making skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
- Ability to work any day, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License.
Preferred skills and knowledge:
- Experience using Player Tracking Software.
- Three years of related gaming experience, with three years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of State and local laws, in addition to Tribal regulations.
- Current knowledge of occupational safety issues.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, stand or move continuously for extended lengths of time.
- Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Assumes Leadership responsibility for Club Red team members.
- Ensures proper operation of department and conformity with Casino policies and procedures.
- Use of established proper chain of command in handling guest complaints as well as personnel related matters.
- Create and maintain effective department schedules.
- Ensure Player Club team is actively promoting, cross selling and upselling all players club benefits and promotional opportunities in an effort to increase carded play.
- Demonstrates positive guest and team member relations.
- Reviews internal audit work daily in accordance with gaming policies and procedures.
- Maintains related Marketing Department policies and procedures.
- Oversight of all promotional and drawing activities.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with all processes, reporting, required documentation, and regulations.
- Recommends hiring and discipline within the Club department.
- Oversees staffing and scheduling needs, and department evaluations.
- Ensures department compliance with Tribal-State Compact.
- Provides and coordinates training for team members, retraining as needed.
- Assists management in development of strategy, tactical campaigns, and allocation of expenses as related to Club Red.
- Reports to management on day-to-day operations.
- Performs all front-line duties of the Ambassador as needed.
- Performs other duties and required or requested.
