About the position:
The Service Advisor position requires your use of communication, customer service, and the use of selling opportunities that customers may need to keep their vehicles safe. The Service Advisor acts as the KEY communicator between our technicians and our customers. A successful Service Advisor will offer a QUALITY experience to all our customers and will EXCEED their monthly sales goals. Will perform other job-related tasks as required.
What we need from you:
- Service Advisor experience - required
- Computer savvy
- Monetary transaction software proficient
- CDK experience a plus
- Sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Able to read, write, and communicate easily in the English language
- Valid license, and acceptable driving record
