Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and managing Distribution activities. Responds to questions on distribution-related subjects. Assists in training team members and dealership personnel on ordering as well as responding to distribution-related inquiries from the field and dealership personnel.

Responsible for one or more of the following processes:
Regional and Fleet
Subject matter expert relative to distribution activities including but not limited to: vehicle allocation processes; order pool management; supplemental allocation activities; order assignments; in depth knowledge of host and web based systems supporting distribution activities and dealer inquiries; training other team members. Ability to prepare all dealer communications Supports dealers with allocation and order placement questions along with tracking/expediting customer sold orders. Supports Fleet customers on order placement to delivery schedule, and monitoring shipments. Ensures distribution policy compliance. Responds to dealer and fleet customer inquiries on all facets of the distribution process, including questions regarding vehicle availability, vehicle order status, and shipping schedules. Trains and assists dealership personnel on automated vehicle ordering systems, enabling dealers to order the correct mix of vehicles Locates, assigns and processes product searches for special need vehicles for other departments. As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
National
Responsible for determining Nissan and Infiniti wholesale availability and set regional/national wholesale and Draft objectives for Carflow Communicate a daily wholesale forecast and analyze the movement of vehicles within the forecast in order to determine risk, find anomalies, and resolve issues that may prevent the successful completion of wholesale/assignment objectives Responsible for managing excessive dwell at VPCs and Rail Ramp locations. Responsible for New Model Launch coordination relative to distribution activities including but not limited to: coordination meetings with CMM, WWS, SCM and distribution, launch allocation formula/letters, pricing and Monroney flags Responsible for managing and responding to all communications that come through the National Distribution mailbox, included but not limited to: inputting Retail Delivery Records per exception requests, answering requests from legal, supporting ad hoc requests from WWS / SCM, and NNA teams. Producing and distributing related sales and production ad hoc data analysis.
Forecasting
Work with a model-line specific team that follows the lifecycle of a production mix of trim/options, from forecast at N 2 timing to production, in the support of creating a better forecast, recommendations to dealers for the current production order, and final build specs for unsold orders. Generate forecasts, recommended trim and model mix of future production. Review the output of the Dealer Order Limit system to ensure fair and equitable allocation of constrained commodities. Maintain models available table, VPC accessory application table, and National color table in support of the forecasting and allocation process. Generate reports as an output of the recommended order process, including mandates, and analyze those ensuring accurate application as well as market anomalies and compliance to distribution policies. Data analysis; as it pertains to vehicle forecasting and ordering, retail sales, region review, and scheduling changes.
Buybacks
Responsible for managing all retail and fleet buybacks nationally for both Nissan and Infiniti, including coordinating with final disposition to Company Vehicles. Collaborate with VPC body shops in support of timely repair and final disposition of vehicles returned for repair due to damage Work in partnership with WWS, NNA insurance carrier in support of large scale events requiring repurchase of dealer inventory, as necessary. Track damaged units that have not been shipped to support shipment to end customer

Education: A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university Experience: 0-1 year (Specialist) / 1-3 years (Analyst)/ 3-5 years (Analyst 2) progressive Marketing and Sales experience. At the Analyst level, previous experience at the specialist level in Consumer Affairs, Sales Operations, Distribution, Market Representation or Marketing is preferred. Previous sales or dealership contact experience is a plus.
