Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze the learning needs of the target audience and design appropriate learning experiences that address knowledge gaps.
Learning Objectives: Apply Bloom's Taxonomy to develop clear, measurable learning objectives for each module, ensuring content is aligned with the cognitive levels (Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate, Create) of the learners.
Instructional Strategies: Use Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction to structure learning experiences, ensuring students are properly engaged and guided through the learning process (e.g., gaining attention, providing feedback, and enhancing retention).
Curriculum Design: Design and structure curricula using the ADDIE or SAM models, ensuring learning materials are organized logically and effectively to meet specific learning objectives and organizational goals.
