The Customer Success Manager is accountable for leading a diverse, global delivery team and working closely with senior executives to ensure service delivery excellence, business growth, and continuous improvement in client relationships. The role combines strategic delivery and sales oversight, group client management, External and Internal Sales and innovation with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions and fostering long-term partnerships. The right candidate will be able to grow internal sales teams to foster further customer success.
Strategic Growth & Business Transformation
Develop and execute strategies to expand Digital Workplace, Cloud AI, and Automation practices for the Nisum business
Drive discussions with C-Level executives to identify growth opportunities, deliver innovation-led solutions, and align transformation efforts with client business goals.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that clients receive ongoing value from the company's services.
Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring that services are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with client expectations.
Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence
Lead and mentor a high-performing, diverse delivery teams across multiple countries, ensuring they have the right tools, resources, and support to succeed.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Innovation & Demand Creation
Identify emerging Customer/Industry trends, technologies, and competitive movements to create new business opportunities and value propositions..
What You Know

What You Know
- 10 years in a client-facing role within Technology Delivery Services and 4 years of direct sales or business development experience.
- Proven experience in growing and managing complex client relationships and services contracts.
- Proven track record of being able to train internal sales teams
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster positive, strategic relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams across multiple geographies.
- Business acumen to translate client needs into actionable delivery plans and solutions.
- Technical proficiency related to the company’s services, with a keen understanding of how to leverage digital technologies and automation in service delivery.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage complex processes and multi-faceted client needs.
- Proven track record of success in client management and service delivery.
- Ability to drive results through collaboration, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and how to optimize customer experience and retention.
