NEEDED : Certified Dental Hygienist
LOCATION : 37900 N. 45th Ave, Phoenix, AZ, 85086
HOURS : 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (8 hours per day with 30-minute lunch)
SCHEDULE : Monday – Friday, exclusive of holidays
QUALIFICATIONS : Supporting documents must be submitted with resume (thanks!)
- Required to be certified / licensed as a Dental Hygienist in any State and must submit photocopies of their license and / or board certification.
- Dental radiology certification and anesthesia certification are required.
- CPR certification is also required.
- A minimum of three years of experience is preferred.
