What are the responsibilities and job description for the ANALYST - INVENTORY CONTROL WV position at Niterra North America Inc?
Overview:
To ensure proper inventory maintenance and control flow of components.
Essential Duties:
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts.
- Create and maintain inventory cycle counting schedule ensuring all materials are counted during current fiscal year.
- Coordinate/participate in daily physical inventories.
- Investigate/reconcile inventory cycle discrepancies. Document and adjust as necessary.
- Identify procedures/activities to reduce occurrence of inventory related problems for continuous improvement.
- Develop and communicate process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)
- Compile and design reports for management as needed; Publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics.
- Monitor product identification, location, and lot code accuracy; Determine sampling frequency
- Coordinate with multiple departments and personnel to investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Full understanding of SAP, including, work order consumption, work order creation and timely closing, data gathering, component movement, and inventory control, BOM’s and routing
- Understanding of CASCO.
- Must be able/willing to work variable shifts and overtime when needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, and Safety related policies.
Other Duties:
- Special project coordination assigned by management.
- General housekeeping duties.
- Overtime and/or travel as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Academic Skills/Knowledge Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Combination of post-secondary education and/or previous associated.
