About the role:

Your Responsibilities:
- Implement assigned Kaizen projects, machine modifications, or cost-saving initiatives
- Assemble and disassemble products for testing as needed
- Analyze statistical data (SPC, correlation, time studies) to improve production efficiency
- Develop and test experimental parts and equipment
- Provide engineering advice on equipment specifications and procedures
- Coordinate special projects
- Utilize a 3D printer to create spare parts or prototypes
- Generate detailed reports on cost savings, efficiency gains, and project outcomes using Microsoft Office
- Read and program PLC-based controls
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including IATF, ISO, ISMS, and safety regulation
- Assist in technical training of personnel
Who we are looking for:
- Experience with AutoCAD 3D or Inventor
- Ability to understand PLC ladder logic
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred (or 5 years of relevant engineering experience)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
