About the role:
The Sales Support Coordinator will provide critical support for sales and customer operations. This includes analyzing market data and coordinating with global teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as experience in the automotive industry.
Your responsibilities:
Sales Analysis and Support: Analyze business performance, create commercial models, and support global RFQ activities.
Pricing and Financial Management: Maintain accurate customer pricing, create credit and debit memos, and initiate internal approval workflows.
Global Collaboration: Collaborate with local and global teams, including Niterra HQ in Japan, to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
Administrative Tasks: Support various administrative tasks, such as creating presentations, reviewing third-party content, and archiving customer documents.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including IATF16949 and J-Sox regulations.
Who we are looking for:
- Associate's degree in business or related field
- 5 years of administrative or customer support experience
- 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Analytical math skills
