The ideal candidate will be a driven individual with a strong technical background in Automotive Technology or Engineering, including experience as a Master Technician, Mobile Diagnostician, and/or Technical Instructor . As a subject matter expert, you'll lead technical training sessions with our customers and clients. Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Associate degree in Automotive Technology or Engineering is preferred; equivalent experience as a Master
- Technician, Mobile Diagnostician, and/or Technical Instructor will also be considered
- At least 5 years of experience in performing technical and/or diagnostic work in the automotive sector
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading technical training sessions in the automotive industry
- Expertise in electrical, programming, and drivability; experience in hybrid EV and engine management is a plus
- ASE Certification A6, A8, and L1 (or the ability to get L1 certification within the first year of employment) ASE
- Master Tech certification with L1 is preferred
- Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills in working with automotive technicians and shop owners
- along with written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish language skills are a plus
- Experience in conducting automotive research, answering technical questions, and explaining technical
- automotive systems
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and/or outsourced technical editorial vendor partners for
- developing technical content
- Strong understanding of the different audience types within the automotive aftermarket industry
- Proficient in using a PC, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, with strong skills in oscilloscope and scan
- tool data analysis. Experience with content development & analysis using in-cylinder or vacuum pressure
- transducers is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 60%; must have a valid passport, driver’s license, and acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Ability to see and hear (correctable)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to travel with public transportation

- Support the planning, organizing, and execution (both via webinars and in-person) of various aspects of
- Niterra’s product & technical training programs for USA & Canada.
- Continuously research and support the implementation of industry-leading training methods.
- Increase Niterra brand visibility by effectively conducting training sessions and visiting shops to gather
- feedback.
- Attend training expos, trade shows, and other industry events to support Niterra brands by providing
- technical tips and other benefits through our training program.
- Initiate and support the development of content for technical articles and videos for monthly newsletters
- and internal support projects.
- Develop in-house technical case studies using scope and scan tool data.
- Maintain detailed documentation of training classes conducted.
- Maintain cost-efficient procedures that are aligned with company policies while conducting training
- events in the field.
- Support OE and other aftermarket business units with “real-world” automotive expertise
- Perform all other job-related tasks as assigned
