Working Timing: 9AM - 5PM EST or 10AM - 6PM EST
Job Description:
ü Join our growing team as an Inside Sales & Account Manager! In this hybrid role, you’ll manage customer interactions through text, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, while nurturing relationships, making warm sales calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
ü A keen attention to detail and the ability to follow systems is essential in this fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ü Engage with potential and existing customers through various communication platforms to drive sales and build relationships.
ü Make warm sales calls and follow up on sales opportunities, converting leads into sales.
ü Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
ü Manage high-volume transactions and interactions, ensuring accurate and on-time processing.
ü Collaborate with teams to share insights and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
ü Proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally in a multi-channel environment.
ü Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across text, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
ü Attention to detail and the ability to follow systems meticulously.
ü Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
ü Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams.
Experience in Travel, Credit Cards, or Rewards programs is a plus.
