Production Floor Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong background in pressure vessels, pre-fabricated piping, and interpreting build drawings. The ideal candidate should thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess a solid understanding of welding and cutting process. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team on the floor.
• Oversee and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Navigate and travel across our expansive 15-acre facility as part of your daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in a relevant production or manufacturing role.
• Strong experience with welding, cutting processes, and interpreting technical drawings.

Compensation: Pay based on experience.
