Job Description
Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10 Years of IT Experience.
Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.
Should have experience of 8 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka.
Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
