Required Skills
- 7 years of experience in IT project management leading software development infrastructure or cloud projects.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform) cybersecurity and data governance.
- Experience with Agile Scrum Kanban and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project.
- Solid background in budgeting resource management and vendor negotiations.
- Knowledge of ITIL DevOps SDLC and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP CSM or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Identify and manage project risks dependencies and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive agile/scrum methodologies or traditional waterfall project management depending on project needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders technical teams and external vendors.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams ensuring project alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular status meetings progress updates and issue resolution discussions with stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of IT solutions including software development cloud migration cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure projects adhere to IT governance compliance and security best practices.
- Collaborate with development infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure efficient deployment and scalability of IT solutions.
- Manage project budgets resource allocation and vendor contracts to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Track project expenditures ensuring financial accountability and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs SLAs and risk management frameworks.
- Ensure IT solutions meet business requirements technical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Ensure successful transition of IT solutions to production including documentation and training for end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate resolution of any issues or enhancements.
