What You’ll Do:
- Provide Specialized Care: Deliver expert, advanced wound care treatments, including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, nonhealing wounds in homebased settings.
- Leadership & Supervision: Provide supervisory support to the wound care team, ensuring quality standards and guiding best practices.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document with Precision: Maintain detailed, accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Stay Ahead: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and keep up with the latest in advanced wound care techniques.
- Experience in allografting and advanced wound care treatments.
- Supervisory experience.
- A valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Certification in Wound Care (preferred) or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire date (CEUs provided).
- Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills.
- A passion for patientcentered care.
