About the Job :
Title of the Position : Human Resources Generalist (Part-Time)
At Nivagen as the Human Resource Generalist be responsible for fostering positive employee relations within the organization, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities :
Policy Development and Implementation :
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Ensure effective communication of policies and procedures to all employees and managers.
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and regulations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Provide training on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements to employees and managers.
