Innkeeper at the Niwot Inn and Spa
Join our excellent Innkeeping team at the beautiful Niwot Inn and enjoy independent, creative and interesting work as you host visitors from all over the United States and the world. We are a tight-nit team in the hospitality business and are seeking an individual who fits into our warm, friendly culture. This is a fun job in a beautiful environment and the position is open now. Hospitality/ service experience is preferred but not required. We are searching for a part time Innkeeper, 20-30 hours per week to help with everyday operations.
Job Description:
- Breakfast setup and takedown
- Making reservations over the phone and managing incoming online reservations
- Checking guests in and out
- Scheduling spa appointments
- Handling guest relations
- Laundry
Candidate Qualifications:
· Is reliable, dependable, responsible, honest, conscientious, and presentable
· Has exceptional written and spoken communication skills; guest oriented
· Possesses excellent time management skills
· Able to learn reservations program
· Able to easily climb stairs as there is no elevator access to lower level or second floor
· Willing to do some housekeeping as necessary
· Must be available to work weekends and share holiday shifts with other team members
