The Legal Project Management (LPM) & Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the firm's legal project initiatives. This position is responsible for financial analysis and design of fee arrangements. A hybrid work schedule is available for this position.

Location: Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; Rochester, NY; San Francisco, CA; Washington, DC
- Create, track and evaluate effectiveness of alternative fee arrangements (AFA's) and budgets against firm investment.
- Collaborate with a multifunctional team to help generate pricing strategies required by RFPs.
- Creates specific matter plans using budgets that are in line with client and attorney objectives to better track performance.
- Build economic models to assess profitability for new business proposals and workable pricing solutions based on client requirements and present recommendations to attorneys.
- Maintain and distribute financial analyses for existing client engagements.
- Develop and nurture relationships with attorneys and key stakeholders by providing operational recommendations and support for successful client engagements.
- Actively participate in the development and enhancement of new and existing analytical tools and data collection methodologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- 4-6 years of relevant experience preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. PMP/CPP or other certifications preferred.
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including pivot tables, graphs, advanced formulas, and simple queries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with individuals at all levels.
- An aptitude for understanding, managing, and manipulating data efficiently.

- Proficiency working with multi-dimensional databases, make complex reports readable, and develop processes from start to finish.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position, depending on location, is as follows:
- Boston, MA: $78,168 - $111,836
- Chicago, IL: $74,911 - $107,176
- Los Angeles, CA: $78,168 - $111,836
- New York City, NY: $81,425 - $116,496
- Rochester, NY: $65,140 - $93,197
- San Francisco, CA: $81,425 - $116,496
- Washington, DC: $78,168 - $111,836
In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
