Our Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking to hire a motivated associate to join our Rochester, NY office.
Our full-service L&E practice delivers creative, specialized, and real-world solutions to keep our clients’ businesses moving forward. Our diverse team of more than 60 labor and employment attorneys covers every angle of the workplace: from safety regulations to employee use of social media.
In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows.
The ideal candidate will have approximately three to eight years of experience in labor and employment litigation, as well as providing advice and counsel on labor and employment laws. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. New York State Bar admission is required.
