Our Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our Chicago, IL office.
Our full-service L&E practice delivers creative, specialized, and real-world solutions to keep our clients’ businesses moving forward. Our diverse team of more than 60 labor and employment attorneys covers every angle of the workplace: from safety regulations to employee use of social media to protection of trade secrets.
In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have approximately three to five years of experience in representing private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment litigation experience and providing advice and counsel to employers on compliance with employment laws. Strong litigation skills developed through practice in both federal and state courts is a plus, as is judicial clerkship experience. Experience with traditional labor law and practice before the National Labor Relations Board is also a plus. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Illinois Bar admission is required.
