Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
- Manage inventory control and ensure that all vehicles are displayed attractively.
- Utilize sales pipelines to track leads and manage customer interactions.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand customer base.
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Handle negotiations and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive trends, models, and features.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management practices.
- Experience in upselling additional products or services is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups.
- Ability to work in an outside sales environment, engaging with customers both on-site and off-site.
- A proactive attitude towards cold calling and lead generation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is an advantage.
